Thanks Meg! It was difficult to plan for such a long period of time knowing that we would be going from early spring in northern Europe to spring in Italy but I found that layering really helped and of course I bought lots of lovely scarves along the way 🙂
Oh lovely – we have lots of similar photos in Germany and Italy – food and wine! Nothing better. We seem to have lots in common, including doggies!
My Mum asked me if we were doing the food and wine tour of Europe because all she noticed were these types of photos 🙂
PROOST!! 🙂
Yay! Proost!
Now that I’ll lift my glass to!
A good way to celebrate mid-week 🙂
Cheers!
🙂
Not that you like the odd glass, or two! Here’s to good times, Sam.
…and may there be many more good times to come 🙂
Awesome photos! What mountains are those?
Thank you! Not sure what mountains they are but we could see Neuschwanstein Castle on the cable car journey up to the summit.
You’re a very well-dressed traveler too 🙂 Great pictures!

You’re right about layering! And I love buying scarves too – I always save room in my suitcase to bring lots of them home 🙂
Would you stop showing me pictures of FOOD! 🙂 Ha Ha. Honestly, I can’t stop thinking about the breakfast a couple of posts back…
Ha ha! There were so many more shots of food, my poor hubby was starting to get a little embarrassed about my obsession with food photos 🙂
