Assisi is beautiful. I have been lucky to visit although the friars/monks were a bit unfriendly. When is the golden hour. To me it is the extra hour of sleep I get on the weekend but I think to photographers it must mean something different.
I think that golden hour for photographers is the time of day when the light is most beautiful, usually around sunrise and sunset. I’m usually sleeping when the sun comes up but in summer I have the pleasure of walking at sunset. Assisi was a beautiful place and I had to do some messing around in photoshop to get that shot how I wanted it but I’m happy with how it turned out.
Thank you Jo, I processed three images using the HDR process in Photoshop to get the effect otherwise they would have been too dark or too light. Such a beautiful part of the planet.
